Injector seals (again)

I'm after a new set of seals for my injectors (DX engine 86 cabrio).  Have just spoken to my local dealer who says there are 3 different sizes for the injectors.  I've looked on vagcat but can't find any relevant part nos.  GSF list large and small seals.

Which do I need ?

I think 86 is the changeover year, from small to large seals. Chassis numbers 15-E-035 000 and on used large ones. Didn't know there were 3 varieties. Are you thinking of the injector inserts?

I asked the dealer for prices on injector seals and he said ?2.02 + VAT for each whether large medium or small.  I'll give them a buzz again tomorrow and quiz them.  Cheers Paul

I was sure there were only 2 sizes - the large one went at the top, and the small one on the 'top hat' where fitted. Never seen any other on a DX…
…and I'm sure they did not cost that much when I got my last set…..(and I can't find the part number).
I'm sure that GSF have the correct ones…..

The following is a bit confusing….

Owning a Mk1 cabby is a vertical learning curve…

1999 (Nov) Passat S Saloon 1.9 TDI (AFN) - TUG 1 (Remap by CCC ( - **** …..change pants !!) with cruise control
