Idle on Pieburg 2e Carb

Does anyone know how to adjust the idle on this carb, I've fitted a K&N bolt-on item, and now its idling at about 1000RPM, when its warmed up. Is this right or am I being paranoid! :dontknow:

Nobody got one of these carbs then? Oh well :dontknow:

These carbs a notorious for playing up. Fiddling with the settings is bound to lead to heartache. Put the old filter back.

If you are really keen there is a large nut at the back you can wind in and out but you are supposed to set the CO at teh same time by adjusting something else.

Heres a BUT……….its starts and idles better with the K&N although its @1000rpm when warm
