i seem to remember reading somebody having a problem with car taking a long time to start and white smoke kicking out when it started. had a look but can't find post?  try disconnecting electrical connecter to 5th injecter.  i'm guessing warm up sensor giving wrong signal and sending too much fuel. just tried this on girlfriends cabby and hers started first time on just the key,  time to check warm-up reg.
