HELP Exhaust manifold issuses

I have been informed by the garage that has my E plate clipper that it needs a replacement exhaust manifold and all studs nuts and washers, butterfly plate? Alun bolts for the inlet manifold, O ring for the inlet manifold to the head..

Its an 1800 carb

now most of that might as well be in Greek to me, help in where I can get all these parts from would be greatly appreciated. I am waiting for a call back from Euro car parts (GSF is always engaged)

any other help suggestions……

Main VW dealer would have these parts and not too expensive either , except for the manifold [why does it need replacing?] try a wanted add or crazyquiff [user name on here ]
