Gti backbox on small block exhaust?

Hello I have the standard exhaust system on my small block engine. Would a gti back box easily fit on? Thanks

That's ok I can fit a pipe reducer. Are the hangers in the same place?

the shell is the same, so its a case of getting a reducer and chopping them both so they fit together (in case the rear pipe on 1.3 is longer/shorter or something)
