G60 Manifold

Hello

I have a G60 manifold that I want to use on my 1.8 GTi head, which seems to fit nicely, but the original Golf down pipe will not match up which makes sense, so I guess I need to run a full G60 exhaust from the manifold, will this exhaust system work with the golf ? Or can I mix and match between the two cars ?

Can anyone recommend an exhaust system ?

no it wont, you need to fit a mk1 manifold and downpipe the mk2 manifold is totally the wrong shape for mk1 application
