fuel tank

Hi there,  how hard is it to remove a fuel tant on a 3dr 1.1.  i think i have crap in it because every time i clean out ma carb within a week there is crap in ma carb again.  i also change my fuel filter every time i clean the carb.  i think the fuel fillerr neck was changed about 2 or 3 years ago before i bought it.
