fuel problem? non-starter

My cabby will not start as of yesterday.
I've tried new battery, checked plugs, there's petrol in the tank.
Electircs all seem OK and voltage good. I suspect petrol isn't reaching the engine but how do I check?
 :dontknow:
thnx

You should see petrol entering the clear filter to the o/s of the engine when trying to start it. To be certain remove fuel hose from pump to carb, place it in a jug and turn the engine over - be careful not to spill any petrol on the engine e.t.c and keep away from the HT leads while doing this.
