fuel pipe removeal??

how can i get the rusty fuel pipe out becuase i can feel a screw point under the rear arch but cant see any round the fuel cap. unless its been filled over i have no idea how to replace it ,

i have a nearly new pipe to go in becuase i can put 2 fingers out the top of it :?

Drill seems next option , it's not , due to corrosion to find this area bodged with filler etc.
