fuel lines braided?

just bought some fuel lines of crazzy quiff bought the full kit of braided as mine are looking abit rusty,
just seeing if anyones got any tips when theyve fitttd these? are they an easyish job?? anything to look out for?

I found that the pair of braided hoses were a really good fit inside the tangs on the bottom of the car.

One thing I should have done though was to hang on to the rubber inserts that the copper pipes go through, in case I wanted to re-fit copper pipes later on.

lol@ dont smoke.when i was taking out my tank and draining out the petrol out the mk1.her brother landed up in the garage with the fag in the paw'standing near me cool as saying what am i doing'could the daft ass not see what i was doing.wasnt long telling um to get the hell away from the car an me.so yeah dont smoke cos some other people dont have a clue.

after these turning up about 2weeks ago, (had a few other things to do first)
finaly made a start on them, really really easy to do! and i would well recomend them if you are going to replace them.
top stuff! 8)

For Fitting Items like this I think they should make a section for when people have fitted and taken pictures But not be able to reply to because then it ends up 50 pages long

id put some pics up by all means matey, only thing is im working on the floore so limited view really, but if you have a look at my mates chris's project "x5PEA" on here he has fitd the 16v conversin ones and as he is using the jig he has got some really good detaild shots.

if i remember ill get some pics taken

There is a fuel systems FAQ on here which does exactly that - all we would need are some photos…

I've got a couple if anyone wants to put them there…
