Fuel cap leaking fuel

Last summer when the car got hot it would actually LEAK fuel, it would come back up the pipes and down the side of the car and wheel onto the floor.
im not talking a little i mean lots, was going down a drain.
again this year when hot, fumes (thick ones) will come out of the cap and i can REALLY smell it doing it. When i look in drivers mirror i can see it leaking out again.
This might also join to the problem i have with the fuel bubbling that i wrote in a different post.

This is a breather problem on the tank side ..........Excess pressure is causing fuel to be pushed out .........Check the pressure regulator in the rear arch
