Exhaust system for a cabriolet.

Is there anyone that does an off the shelf exhaust for a cabby ?

i have a n account with a performance exhaust place and they list.
they list a mk1 gti system+manifold.

just wondered if there was any difference.

Not an expert but went thru' this in 1992 and was assured by all that they were different there was no such thing for a Cabby … however came across an advert in a car mag for:

who supplied me a bespoke "Milltek" system (minus down pipe) for the Mk1 Cab for ?255.95 (incl VAT and carriage).

Had it fitted in Jun '03 and has run daily since then without a problem and only required one further downpipe replacement, which can be done anywhere. Well worth it … if they still exist !

if the exhaust is 'unbranded' the likely hood is it is an ashley system.
off the shelf aftermarket systems are freely available. just depends on your budget/requirements
