Looks ok as the compression fittings are small. Got the micro bore from B&Q off the roll. The job takes about 30 minutes, but be careful cutting the pipes because you don't want a spark! have a fire extinguisher at hand.

When I fitted mine I removed the rubber grommets which the original lines ran through, and bent the tangs back into place (they're just the right size for the braided pipe). I put some gaffer tape around the pipes where they go through the tangs to prevent chafing.

I should have kept the rubber grommets though, just in case (haven't needed them so far but you never know!)

if and when my lines go i will be fitting briaded lines. purely for ease of fitting.
