Wiring electric roof (top / hood)

Does anybody know where the numbers 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 connect to (see link)?
I have a red wire, a purple wire and a black wire…….. can anyone help me? I've already found the wiring diagrams and they tell me things like "to ignition starter switch, terminal SU" but that doesn't really help me.
Does anybody have foto's of how / where to connect them.

You fitting a power roof to replace manual type ? 4 relays ? What was the donor car ?

I'm replacing the old wires and motor because it wasn't working (missing cables, some were cut and the motor was leaking fuid), the wires i'm replacing are completely different from the set I bought (trough e-bay, so I don't know what the donor car was).

I now have 4 relays in the trunk just like in the picture (the old set had only 2 relay's in the trunk). The red wire comes from the switch the black and purple come straight from the relays.

Trying to find a wiring diagram of power hood , was one on here somewhere ………… :dontknow:

Any one have a copy ?

Try Prowler seem to recall he may have had one??

I too am stummed as to where the black wire goes please help.

black wire should be ign live i think, had a problem on a mates cabby with the windows & roof after i'd wired a new engine in and chopped the black wire by accident :redfaced: .

Ive tried it on perm live and ignition live neither of them had the switch controlling the hood.

I am a novice when it comes to wiring so could really do with some guidance im trying re-wire my electric hood i have seen the wiring diagram and it was a little messy to understand… does anybody have pictures or a step by step in terms of what wires go where would be really helpful…
