WIPERS WONT GO OFF - SORTED - NOW NUMBER PLATE LIGHTS WONT
hey,
this week my wipers have gone nuts, sometimes there ok but most of the time they wont turn off, ive checked in the search and took out the relay, they only work on full speed this way?? is this right? ive tried another relay off a mate but its still doing it, anyone experianced this problem or any thoughts on what this could be?

Ive noticed there is always power to the green/wht wire going into the blue connector which from what i can see comes from the dash
this is the same colour as the wire from the number plate lights, dodgy light switch maybe?
