Wiper speed slow & slower

click the wipers to position 1 and the wipers are slow, click to position 2 and they go slower.

Is the motor gone, or is it something else.

im glad somone else has the same motor speed as mine..

To be honest a motor upgrade will fix it. also i have been told a MK2 Golf motor will fit with a bit modding on the wires.

I would suspect a motor problem if slower on 2.

Usually spindles get stiff or seize - a good strip & clean works wonders

Mine gave up the ghost all together recently, but a clean up and 'persuasion' with a rubber mallet has sorted them out.
