what is this dash switch?

i bought a campaign a while back and i cant find anybody that knows what the selector in the top right corner of the dash display unit, it selects "1" and "2", can anybody shed some light on this because its starting to annoy me now

Its the MFA selector,
Time/ oil temp/ outside temp/ MPG etc.
1, is per journey and will reset itself when the ignition has been off for two hours
2, is acculamative and which will give you a better idea of mpg overall and time engine has been running  etc..
