starter motor and ignition

heres tip for anyone having problems with there cars not starting

if you think the starter has died double check by doing the following

disconcet wire from starter with spade terminal get a piece of wire put one end on the spade terminal on the starter motor and with the ignition on touch the wire to live it its turns over and start you have a problem with the ignition not the starter motor

if it doesnt do anything then the starter is more than likely dead
