Speedo needle removal

Is there a way to remove the rev counter needle and the speedo needle on the clocks. Dont see a n y way of removing them and breaking them is a nO no

OK the very good news is that Ive managed to change the speed o part across.

I also changed the lcd clock over but although it fits fine there is nothing displayed, just the green light lighting up a blank screen.

Frustratingly on the drive to install the working clock the end of the speedo cable broke off before i had a change to fit the new clock, so i know touch wood have a working  clock, but a broken speedo cable….ARSSSSSSE!!!!

Ah bum,  what a pita!
Hopefully the new clock will be okay.
