Speedo / Clocks

Hi,

Can anyone help me out, give advice on which parts i need to replace as my speedo is showing 15mph or so above the speed im actually travelling at and the mileage clock is looping from 0-9 on the furthest right digit.

Just wondering what parts are causing this problem and how do i fix?

size of wheels could change speedo, also i think plastic gear/cog on the end of speedo cable are colour code to match gearbox, sorry i don't know which colour is correct but i'm sure somebody on here will.

I have a spare speedo if you want it - showing 145,000 miles but appears to be in perfect working order.
