Single lamp grill

Thinking of doing the single headlamp grill conversion. How is this done? How is the wiring done into the single headlamps? Newbie question, sorry. :dontknow:

Easy   Plug in the outer lamps as they are with twin lamps and just secure the loom for the inner out of the way.  Job done.

Think I am thick, I don't understand!? what lamps do I need to get for the single lamp conversion? Can I get them on ebay?

They are already there, your existing outer lamps.  Just remove the front grill, the outer lights are fixed to the front panel so they will stay in situ, they are not attached to the grill atall.  The inner lights will need unplugging and will come away with the grill.  Offer up your new single lamp unit and fix it in.  

Tin tops and early cabbys have a 3 piece grill, so you will only need to replace the centre part, later cabbys have a single piece one so it all comes out as one unit.
