rear window defroster not working
Hello all,
obviouosly with the weather the way it is i have noticed that my rear window doesnt defroster.
i checked the fuse and then checked the switch and have noticed that there is a wire that has been cut. just wondering if you know what this would be so i could maybe attach it to another wire to get it working.
the picture really isnt great but its a white and blue wire.

gry/blu is likely to be illumination for the switch, it wont affect the function of the switch.
Blk/Yel is feed from fusebox to switch, wht/grn is supply which runs back to the fusebox, output from the fusebox to the window is a wht wire on E16.
Easiest thing to do is check that there is 12v at the connector to the screen.

to start with check for ignition live at the black/yellow wire. if thats good, switch it on and check for 12v at the green/white. if thats good go to the white wire in the boot and check there
