original v.a.g factory fitted alarm
hi all
i hope some one can help!!
i have had an auto electrician or should i say he thinks he is try and sort a problem i had on my dash but he never sorted the problem and managed to mess the alarm up.
When i bought my cab i was never given the key to the alarm and it was never activated. While the auto electrician was messing with it he managed to set the alarm off which has never gone off before. Now we have the problem of the car not starting because the imobiliser keeps kicking in and we have no key to reset it.
Does anyone have any advice on how to disconnet this v.a.g factory fitted alarm or even have any diagrams on the wires.
Any Help would be greatly excepted as i really need my car up and running.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Find the alarm box and cut it out,the wiring from the box needs to be traced to where it goes and disconnect it all,if the wire in the origional loom is cut and redirected to the alarm simply join them back up and it will run ok,it will take a few hours but it will b ok
