MOT question regarding the horn...
It's nearly the dreaded MOT time and apart from some headlight issues the only worry I've got is my horn switch. At some point there has been a problem with the switch on the steering wheel and instead of the owner fixing it they've wired up a toggle switch for the horn and placed it in the dash, just to the right of the steering column. Is this MOT passable??

I guess the grease or what ever in the rack was the problem…..I expect there is some VW way the column gets earth but I couldn't figure it.
