Making a custom loom - where to buy connectors?

I have finally finished putting all the electrics into my engine conversion Golf, and have placed all the electrical components where they will remain. A number of the items use the snap on 2 connector fittings (warm up regulator, Aux air valve, 5th injector) and a there's the hall sender too. I know I need to integrate the electrics into the exisitng wires, so I'll need to make connections to the existing wiring rather than replace the entire run of wiring eg back to the fusebox. I'm happy enough to splice, solder then cover in shrinkwrap for these (any comments?)

The main concern is, I need to make up a number of connections to those non-standard connectors - are they available from anywhere and if so, how do you crimp or fit a wire to them?
