indicator problems

could do with your help. basically im having indicator problems bulbs are new and wired up correct but they dont work. im thinking its the relay but which one is itoand which slot does it go. either that or its the switch in the stalk itself. but to me it works too. its been baffling me for sometime now  :dontknow:

Check the fuse first think its number 19 maybe. Do your Hazard lights work? if they do then I would lean towards the fuse or maybe wiring to the fuse.

relay is #21, you have 2 fuses if its later fusebox with blade fuses #19 and #4

nope hazards dont work either. which plug does fuse #21 go into

the relay may not have a number if its really old or aftermarket, or do you mean its missing? if so, theres your problem

well i had a car electrician round and by the look of it he removed it didnt say which one it was of where it came from. my car is de bumpered but it has the original indicators that i've put sort its not to do with the voltage, i've been round numerous scrappys looking for one but i dont know what number, votage or which slot it came from. forgot to mention that my car is a 86 cab so i think its an s2 box
