How to remove headlight switch?
How do you get the headlight switch out?
i have removed the panel on the front and tried jamming a screwdriver down the side of the switch but it just won't budge, and if i pull it much harder i think i am going to break something

yes that is the way to get it out, i think it you try using someting thinner and point them downwards because the clips may be lower than the holes
mine came out with a bit of wiggeling too

Got the thing out now thanks guys
Had to pull half the bloody dash out as couldn't get to those metal clips
replaced it with a new one and I still have the same problem, when I turn the headlights on the rev counter and temp gauge stop working
Anyone want to buy a Mk1?

splice into it and make an erath from somewhere, wen its earthed it should stop your problem
