I;'ve never seen the glass lens advertised for sale separately. As I understand things, its glued to the rest of the headlight. Occasionally the glue goes off, or gets damp, and they come apart on their own; when that's happened I've always fitted a new headlight rather than trying to glue it back together though.

use a paint stripper / heat gun to heat the edges of the lens up - you need to get the whole rim nice and warm so all the glue goes soft then insert a small wooden wedge and prise the lens off the reflector .
To Refit heat the glur again and when nice and hot reattach it to the reflector . I always then smeared some clear silicone around the join to help prevent water ingress .
Make sure you note the position of the lense in relation to the reflector before you start (marker pen or tipex ) so you can realign the lense properly on reassembly , If you dont you'll end up with all kinds of wonderful headlight pattern .
Made my own cross hairs to ages ago lol .
