Remove the two switch covers.
Remove the 3 heater controls.
Remove the blower switch.
Remove the 4 screws holding the dash surround in place, two are vertical.
Remove the radio framework if you have one.
Remove the screw just inside the radio hole at the top.
Pop out each of the switches and remove the connectors on both sides of the dash.
Remove the dash surround.
Undo the two screws either side of the dash holding the clocks in.
Put your left hand around the back of the dash and release the speedo cable.
Pull the clocks forward and remove the connectors.
The clocks are then free for bulb replacement !!

Cheers,
Ade

Be very carfeful when taking the power plug off the hazard switch especially as this one has a tendency to pop open and spill all it's contents. Best to gently lever a small screwdriver in between switch back and plug and slowly do it.
Disconnect battery too and when you put it all back together don't over tighten the dash surround screws as the RHS lower fixing point is fragile.
