horn
sorry i couldnt post this in the electrical section.
all i get when i press the horn button is a click from the relay i,ve got power to the horn but no horn noise. is the horn bust or could there be something else wrong? (before i go and get a new horn)

Make sure it has a good earth, poor earth could be enough to trigger the relay but not carry the current off.
Easy way to eliminate a faulty horn it to run 12v straight through it, if it's working you'll probably be deaf after![]()

Typically twin horns will just pip when you hear the relay. If this is the case and a direct 12v feed makes them blare then the wiring is old and can't deliver the power.
In this case you have three options - fit a single horn, replace the old wiring, use a second relay in the engine bay to operate the twin horns.
