Fuse gone.....??

Hi all
When i started up the Golf this morning the dashboard clock had gone off(Although backlight still worked), i had no windsceen washer but wipers did still work, and then when i got to work and tried to set the alarm it would not set.
All happened at same time. Does anyone think this might be a fuse thats gone or something??   :dontknow:

The car is a 1982 1.6 GTI.

If you look at the relevant fuse, you can tell if its blown or not.
