full beam wont work :-(
Hello…….
Ok….. Changed from a twin headlight grill on my klipper to a single headlight grill and put crystal headlights in it yeaterday however…..
When I switch the lights on using the usual switch nothing happens but when I flick the full beam on normal lights come on ????
Could anybody shed some light on the situation ???
I knew it couldn't be that easy…..

Sounds like the wiring to the back of the lights could be the wrong way around although I'm sure the connectors only fit on one way… Perhaps someone has "upgraded" the loom at some point in the past?
There are 3 wires to the back of the lights. One is earth, one is the feed for the 'dipped beam' and the other is the feed for the 'full beam'.
Off the top of my head I can't remember which way round they are. I will have a look at my car later and get back to you.
