Full beam and rear fogs..

I have an mot coming up so thought i would check all the electrics. i found that only when the full beam is on will the rear fogs work…is this normal??

If not can anyone think of a solution?

Loose connections on back of switches maybe???

They should come on with dipped beam (healight switch in pos 2)
