Another wiper problem

they only work when on intermitant, (down click) but the two faster speeds dont work atall :dontknow: (upwards clicks) read on another post about a relay, where is this located, easy job and how much!!?

Easiest way to find wiper relay (in fusebox) would be to switch on the intermittent wipe and put your hand over all the relays in the fusebox and determine which one is clicking by feel.

May also be worth checking all the contacts on th wiper switch are clean, free of crud and making a good contact.

A relay should only set you back a few ??

My car is the same , with a different switch and motor! Plus a new relay...

fixed mine! had to mount the relay for intermittent, outside the fusebox , took a while to figure the wiring , ie what to cut and what to loop into , but it all works now
