Alarm
I hate electrics, and alarms baffle me so I need your help…
10 mins or so after I set my alarm, it goes off. I thought it might be too sensitive so I turned it down to the lowest setting and unplugged the movement sensor things, but it still goes off. Help me please before I get woken up at 5am again, the neighbours are going to start moaning soon

My fan sets mine off if I park up and set the alarm straight away.
Also someone has a ridiculously loud motor bike down my street and that sets it off. If cats jump on it then that sets it off aswell ( But they don't do that anymore)
Don't know how to change sensitivity.
So try the following:
BB GUN for chasing off cats
Broomstick handle for de mounting motorcyslists
and leaving it for a few mins before switching your alarm on

How about just disconecting the siren, would that work or will it still be going off but without making any noise?
I have keyless central locking so it is an issue not being able to activate it

the alarm and central locking are two different modules...if you can live with just central, cut the 12v yellow wire that goes to the alarm...also you might want to check that it has a clear ground before you do that....you would be suprised what a difference a good ground makes!

And is it DEFO the yellow wire I need to do?? Just checking there isnt any differences between makes etc.
