Knackered Cylinder head Early 1500cc Diesel

My 1978 mk1 golf Diesel has a hole in the cylinder head where the diesel pump mount bolts to from fatique.
Might be able to get it welded but does anyone have a spare 1500cc head or does the 1600cc cylinder head bolt straight on?

i have a 1.6D head but not sure if they are the same

get a picture up of the area and the head and i'll compare them with mine

                I'm sure the 1600cc head will physically bolt straight on but i'm a bit worried about the cams and valves being different.
 I don't want it to run lumpy and stuff and would rather fit the correct head unless some one tells me different. Thank you very much though and will keep you in mind.
