intercooling cant hurt,if i were going to do my AAZ i would wind the fuel up a little to aid any losses

Pictures to prove…
Doesn't make a massive difference on turbo lag but I'm am running on hell of a down pipe, currently running 9psi but I've made the hole set up to run 20psi but my gf is using it as a daily at the moment!! Hahaha

However don't go for that twin pass one. Although it'll make routing easier and has a big surface area to make all your boost nice and cold. Because it's a twin pass the cross sectional area the air has to flow through is tiny! And it has to travel LOADS further so not only will you loose precious psi but it will lag LOTS, when you're finally on high boost though it'll be a big improvement.

It is worth monitoring your EGTs with the TD engines especially if you have tweeked the fueling as this can send them through the roof.
I've not done an egt gauge or an ic but have researched it thoroughly for the future. I'm only running standard boost and a GTD LDA pin on my aaz at the mo
