Winter polish
Hi
I bought my cabby a couple of months ago and it's my daily driver it's white and had a respray a few years ago so paint not to bad. Can anyone suggest please a good polish to help keep it in decent condition through the winter I've seen a brand called collinite liquid insulater which looks decent. All suggestions and advice would be much appreciated
Cheers

Hey Swerve,
Yes Collinite is the go to wax for winter and the two popular waxes are as follows.
476s which is a paste wax in a tin
http://www.shopnshine.co.uk/collinite-no-476s-super-doublecoat-paste-wax-9fl-oz
or
845 Insulator Wax
http://www.shopnshine.co.uk/collinite-845-heavy-duty-insulator-wax
Ive only ever used 476s and it's very durable not tried 845 yet but I believe 476s is the more durable of the two products
If you check in the members lounge theres a 10% discount code for www.ShopnShine.co.uk too

They are both waxes, you can wash and apply or wash, polish and apply… If you can it's best to polish the paintwork up first as it will give your car a nice glossy look also it helps the wax bond better to the paint surface.

Poorboys Polish with Sealant
http://www.shopnshine.co.uk/poorboys-polish-with-sealant-16oz-473ml
Will polish up your paintwork nicely, and the sealant will protect. then add your Collinite Wax over the top.
You will have a clean and very well protected car then

I use Autoglym srp and then collinite 476 on the top.
It's great wax and with the car clayed, then polished and now with a few coats of 476 on the shone is great.
I have just got Aurogltm HD wax to try but it will have to be good to beat collinite.
