What's best for restoring the dash?

Seens as I have the dash out I was gonna give it a clean and was wondering what would be best to bring back the black to its former glory?

I've seen a few things like vinyl spray paint but is it really any good?

Or wat about heat gun? 

Or dying the dash?

Or anything else that wud be good? I dnt really want to use something that after a bit it will fade I'd rather it be a permanent thing

Well it's an hour ahead here in vienna but I normally get up around 6 every Saturday and Sunday, so 5 your time.

Look like most of you, I have a Wife, Son and a Dog. So it's the only time I get a bit of piece and quite!
