painting an engine

Hi all, we want to paint our engine when it is removed from the car for a respray. Can anyone recommend decent products to do this please. Cheers

I used Halfords high temp engine enamel paint and it still looks good four years on, as with a lot of these paints the prep is essential, need to have as rust free and clean block as possible to ensure it lasts well, plenty of de-greasing and wire brushing in all the nooks n crannies.
