Cleaning Engine Bay Plastics

Hi

Looking for the best way for reviving various white plastic parts in the engine bay such as those holding the flaps on the radiator cowling.

Don't have and probably can't justify an ultrasonic cleaner so is there any recommended solvents or processes to bring the white colour back?

WD40 is good stuff for plastics however are yours painted then use T cut

Dishwasher does a good job

Autoglym engine cleaner does a good job or as suggested stick them in the dishwasher.

I must say I get away with Murder when it comes to using the Dishwasher for cleaning parts.

I only do it when she's out!  :thumbs:
She's not cottoned on yet :lol:
