Autosol + Mop = Very Shiny
I was really pleased with the result and it only took about 5 mins per wheel to do.
Top is before and the bottom wheel is after

I used the Autosol with a standard polishing head at about 2400rpm to apply the polished then using a microfibre cloth removed the excess black oxide. The using the mop with the same polishing head I turned the mop up to 5000rpm to buff the wheels to a shine.
No elbow grease required just hold the mop firmly

i want to invest in a DA polisher soon, maybe like the meguiars one Euro has on deal at the mo, guess that would give same results
top work, alot better then killing your arms and shoulders to bits (ceri) :-)

I brought a Silverline mop via amazon for about £60 including loads of heads / cloths etc. it's a lot cheaper than the meguiars one. I only very rarely use the mop so I went for a cheaper mop, no doubt if you plan to use it regularly the meguiars one may be better quality.
They are diffinately a lot easier to use than spending hours polishing by hand and can save money oppose to getting your wheels professionally pollished.
