Gents really struggling to find these anywhere, I can't adjust my front seats and when your short it's a struggle haha

why cant you adjust the seats i have some mk1 seats that were re trimmed in the 90s with velour, I will be replacing with gti seats so wont need them.

Just don't seem to move I need to take them out and have a proper look to be fair. Would you be willing to sell me the frames mate if they are the same?

I can do but there is not much to go wrong with mk1 seat adjustment. have you greased the runners?

They already have grease on mate but as I say just won't move. I'll take some pictures because I'm. Not sure 100% what I'm looking at when it comes to the base

Wanted - tiptop front seat bottom frames can you help?
They should be a spring loaded lift handle that moves the pin at the front so they can slide.
There's a plastic guide bush at the front on the centre runner, plus 2 plastic covers clipped over the rear leg bottoms that run in the side runners.
If one of the covers is busted and the seat twisted into the runner they can bind. It's common to see them missing all round.
The front guide bush is different from early seats to late.
A quick visual inspection should help.
