Speedo suddenly stopped working in my 1.8 Clipper Cabriolet.
Drive wheel and cable working fine, but clearly something amiss with the speedo clock itself.
Probably beyond my competence to dismantle it, so i'm looking for a replacement.
Can anyone help, please?
Cheers

Hi dengeo45
I have just seen your post and am clearing out some bits. I have a working speedo from a 1991 1.8 clipper with trip meter. I have already used the rev counter on another project so have removed the speedo from the binnacle. it is in great condition and was working when removed. You can have it for £50 + postage. PM me if you are interested. Here's some pickies.

Looks good to me!
I'll PM you tomorrow when I get a quick look at the back of my own clock - there shouldn't be a problem.
Thanks for your prompt reply
