Late cabby drivers door rubber waistline trim

Hi
Has anyone got a drivers side black rubber waistline trim piece for a late model cabby.
After finally getting a decent full set of six and cleaning them up and fitting on the car the drivers one decided to fall off/get knocked off/stolen.
If anyone has one price plus postage please.

I have a door one but I'm not sure which side its for.  

At the leading edge of the trim is the flattened part for clearance from the wing when the door opens. Should this be above or below the centre line of the trim when fitted?

I know I've got every rubber apart from n/s/r as I had peace mine as it was missing. I got big pile of them I sort out what I have I be open to offers for singles or job lot  I list photos tomorrow
