Wanted - Mk1 'Tin Top' - AUTO

Looking for a Mk1 with an auto box; RHD and as original as they come!

Ideally 5 door, consider any engine size but would prefer 1 / 1.1 litre; must be running….

Happy to have a nosey at most things for the right price, as long as the body is solid….paintwork can be worked on!

Car would need adapting in any case so good to know that  lhd Usa spec car availably, but really need RHD!!

I've got a Blue 5 Door, 1.5 GLS, was Auto but manual box was fitted. only 48k. Will need a little bit of welding as been off road for last 5 years. But runs and drives.
Can send you some images in a few days if you wish.
I would consider this a project as it would need:
1. Both front wings
2. NSF turret Repaired
3. NSR Arch repair
4. Repray or wrapping to finish.
Mechanically it's sweet and interior is excellent all original.

Swapping the Box back over is a doddle on these cars.
Not sure why it was changed, all I know is the manual works perfect.
MOT History check validates genuine mileage, and there is some paperwork.

I dont think your going to find many 1.1 autos!  was that even an option?
