Just gone through the forum and where I couldnt previously post or start topics I can now. The only difference I can see is that I’m logged in on safari but using tapatalk. Whereas before I wasn’t logged in through safari

Ah, I thought that you were in the wanted section.
Not being able to reply in the Cars for sale section is by design. We used to get people making unhelpful comments on the adverts, so made it read only. If you are interested in the advert then send the poster a private message.

Yea, you have to be logged in, otherwise it will not know what privileges to give you.

Was also having trouble with the technical area but that now all seems to work on Tapatalk. I will just stay logged in on both just in case. I didn’t realise it was read only either even after 4 years lol

Lol - no worries.
Yea people use to diss other people’s adverts on price, condition etc Caused lots of bad feeling. So we just stopped it and allow those interested to make their own minds up and contact the seller privately.
