Mk1 Wide Arch High spec circuit racer

Seriously interested in a Mk1 Circuit Racer. Wide Arch and aero high spec with good welded cage. 400 brake if turbo and about 200 if na. High spec wide arch big power fast road car of interest that could be converted to motorsport. Good paint, interior will be stripped anyway.

Don't see them for sale in the UK that often but they do come up from time to time but I'm guessing you know that already.

Just a thought but have you ever thought about buying from Germany one or Austria?
I see them come up for sale here in Austria fairly often.
Prices for proper ones range from 8 to 15 grand depending on spec.

Just had a quick look here but nothing at the moment.
I saw a white one just a month ago for 10k but I see that's now sold.

But I'll keep my eyes open and as soon as I see anything I'll send you a message!

For Germany you've just got to play with your search criteria such as:

Golf1 Motorsport
Golf1 Rennauto
Golf1 Rennen
Golf1 vorbereitet

Notice I don't use MK1 that's because in Germany, Austria and Switzerland it's not used.
