Mk1 Tin Top Wanted - Standard or Modified engine.

I am looking for a Mk1 golf tin top. Any three door models considered.
The shell must be in very good condition or easy fix (no rust and never crashed).
Open minded on engine spec. standard, 16V, G60, or 20VT but needs to be a quality install.
I am based in Northeast but willing travel for the right car.


Is it time to sell that show car you have been hiding away?
It will be going to a good home as I've been mad about golf for 20 years.
