Golf Mk1 1.8 GTi Tintop

Looking for an original Golf Mk1 GTi 1.8. Any condition, with or without sunroof but nothing too rotten. A GTi Engineering, BR Motorsport or TSR conversion would be great as would a car already to jump in and drive. Willing to travel for right car. Car has arrived in Kenilworth. My buddy is going to check it out now. Seems to good order. He's going to release the brakes and get it to run. 

It's been in storage since 2006. That's the last time it drove. Will know more after he has had a good check over the over the weekend. Will be back in touch shortly. Thanks. Gary 

I’m going to be selling my Mk1 GTi  helious blue campaign very soon. Been off the road for the last year and a half but been stored in garage. Near enough standard, mods been lowered suspension, stainless steeel exhaust & tsr head. Few places on the wings where the lacquer is peeling and the roof could do with painting. Still a nice looking car. I’ll try and get some pics up. Based in sunderland. Dave
